The biggest and most successful hip hop tour in the world the Rock the Bells festival is heading out on tour in August and is bringing some of the most influential hip hop artists ever. Its going to be a huge tour and Rock the Bells tickets are already going fast. Not only will the Rock the Bells festival bring together artists and fans for some great sets, but this year a new twist has been added. Four of the Rock the Bells headliners will be performing their seminal albums in their entirety. That’s right, at the 2010 Rock the Bells festival you will get to hear artists perform their entire album, in many cases the first time they’ve done so live. Your Rock the Bells tickets will let you hear the Wu-Tang Clan perform “Enter the 36 Chambers,” Rakim perform “Paid In Full,” Krs-One will bring “Criminal Minded” to life, and Slick Rick will showcase “the Great Adventures of Slick Rick.”

There are just four stops on this year’s Rock the Bells tour, and while its too bad there are less shows, the flip side is you know the artists will bring it hard for each set. Check the entire Rock the Bells schedule for all the details. The first Rock the Bells concert is at the original home of the tour, the NOS Events Center in Los Angeles, California on Saturday August 21. From there the tour shifts to the second west-coast show in San Francisco’s Shoreline Amphitheater on Sunday August 22, 2010. The tour then travels to the east coast for the two shows. The first east coast Rock the Bells tour is on Saturday August 28, 2010 at New York’s Governer’s Island. And the next day the tour goes to the Capital, with a show in Washington, DC at the Merriweather Post Pavilion on Sunday August 29, 2010. This is going to be a great show so get those Rock the Bells tickets right away. Guerilla Union, which organized the Rock the Bells Tour, are also behind some of the most successful festivals in hip hop, including Cypress Hill’s SmokeOut Festival and the Paid Dues Independent Hip Hop Festival.

The hip hop world is buzzing about recent news of a pair of Eminem Jay Z concerts at Yankee Stadium and Comerica Park. The two-part concert will see tow of the biggest stars in the world get together for what is going to be two of the biggest hip hop concerts of the decade! Fans are going bananas and Eminem Jay Z tickets are in high demand. Jay Z was on tour not so long ago on the Blueprint 3 Tour, which made Jay Z tickets the hottest of the spring. Eminem however has been away from the limelight aside from a few appearances here and there, most notably with Lil Wayne and Drake. The last full-stadium tour was the Up in Smoke Tour with Dr. Dre, when Eminem tickets were by far the hottest in the world. The first Eminem Jay Z concert is on Thursday, September 2 at Comerica Park in Detroit. The New York Jay Z Eminem concert is on September 13 at Yankee Stadium. With two of the biggest stars in all of hip hop, Jay Z Eminem tickets will definitely be the hottest hip hop ticket of the summer. This will be the first concert at the New Yankee Stadium, making an already historic performance even more so.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime set of shows, and I know we’re both really going to bring it to our hometowns” said Eminem. “We just tried to come up with the best way and biggest way to do it. The fans are going to love this and so am I. It’s going to be historic.”

And Jay Z is also eager to be working with an artists as talented as Eminem, “I look for opportunities to work with Em’, any time we get a chance to collaborate on things,” said Jay Z.

Hip hop fans know that Jay Z and Eminem teamed up for one of the hardest-hitting hip hop songs of the decade on Renegade off Jay Z the first Blueprint album. Chances are the duo will perform the song during their set. Also a likely candidate to be heard if you have Eminem Jay Z Yankee Stadium tickets is Empire State of Mind, the unofficial anthem of the New York Yankees team. No matter what jams Jay Z and Eminem kick out you know its going to be an incredible event, so don’t miss out.
