Spike Lee has been bucking all conventions lately, moving out of his traditional genres and doing action movies and now a horror flic. His latest film, You’re Nobody ‘Til Somebody Kills You, is due out on September 23rd and features some of the biggest names in hip hop including Big Daddy Kane, Ed Lover and Doug E. Fresh. The film is a noir detective thriller about the hunt for a murderer who is killing hip hop stars and takes the detectives into the underground world of hip hop and the seedy underbelly of the business. Sounds like cash money rolling in at the box office.
