Slim Shady protege Yelawolf is prepping his freshman debut on Shady Records.  The album is called Radioactive an promises to be a proper album follow-up to 2010′s Trunk Muzik 0 – 60.  Radioactive is produced by none other than Eminem himself, world dance music impresario Diplo and a host of others.  If you didn’t hear Trunk Muzik you may have heard Yelawolf on other big track recently, most notably Big Boi‘s You Ain’t No DJ off Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, Tech N9ne‘s World Choppers with Twista and Busta Rhymes off All 6′s and 7′s, and Game’s Rough off The R.E.D. Album.  You can catch this rookie with Vans Warped Tour tickets or on his own with Yelawolf tickets this summer.

Eminem to headline 2011 Lollapalooza Festival!

According to industry insiders, the 2011 Lollapalooza Festival will feature Eminem, the Foo Fighters and Muse in what looks to be one of the most heavily-attended music festivals in history. While the announcement has not been made official, multiple sources are agreeing that the three will indeed headline the 2001 Lollapalooza Festival in Grant Park in Chicago. As one of the premier music festivals in the country, Lollapalooza festival tickets are always some of the hottest tickets of the year. Thousands of music fans gather in Grant Park for a three-day Festival celebrating music on the shores of Lake Michigan. Eminem has been on a tear recently, with Recovery being the biggest seller of 2010. Not to mention the joint concerts with Jay Z at Yankee Stadium and Comerica Park. Any time he is performing Eminem tickets start to get very popular! And if you can see him along with dozens of other artists then the price for Eminem Lollapalooza tickets will be well worth it! The Eminem appearance at the Lollapalooza Festival was reported by the Chicago Tribune.

However, sources say that other artists performing at the festival include Best Coast, Girl Talk, Crystal Castles, Lykke and more. The 2011 Lollapalooza Festival is taking place at Hutchinson Field Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois from August 5 – 7. This is normally a hot festival, but with the Lollapalooza lineup as hot as this, expect demand for tickets to be through the roof. The hip hop world is buzzing about recent news of a pair of Eminem Jay Z concerts at Yankee Stadium and Comerica Park. The two-part concert will see tow of the biggest stars in the world get together for what is going to be two of the biggest hip hop concerts of the decade! Fans are going bananas and Eminem Jay Z tickets are in high demand. Jay Z was on tour not so long ago on the Blueprint 3 Tour, which made Jay Z tickets the hottest of the spring. Eminem however has been away from the limelight aside from a few appearances here and there, most notably with Lil Wayne and Drake. The last full-stadium tour was the Up in Smoke Tour with Dr. Dre, when Eminem tickets were by far the hottest in the world. The first Eminem Jay Z concert is on Thursday, September 2 at Comerica Park in Detroit. The New York Jay Z Eminem concert is on September 13 at Yankee Stadium. This will be the first concert at the New Yankee Stadium, making an already historic performance even more so.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime set of shows, and I know we’re both really going to bring it to our hometowns” said Eminem. “We just tried to come up with the best way and biggest way to do it. The fans are going to love this and so am I. It’s going to be historic.”

And Jay Z is also eager to be working with an artists as talented as Eminem, “I look for opportunities to work with Em’, any time we get a chance to collaborate on things,” said Jay Z.

Hip hop fans know that Jay Z and Eminem teamed up for one of the hardest-hitting hip hop songs of the decade on Renegade off Jay Z the first Blueprint album. Chances are the duo will perform the song during their set. Also a likely candidate to be heard if you have Eminem Jay Z Yankee Stadium tickets is Empire State of Mind, the unofficial anthem of the New York Yankees team. No matter what jams Jay Z and Eminem kick out you know its going to be an incredible event, so don’t miss out.
