Jay Z Announces Blueprint 3 tour

The biggest star in hip hop has announced a 2009 tour scheduled for the fall of 2009 with 21 confirmed dates and more likely on the way. As one of the biggest stars on the planet, Jay Z tickets have been on the tips of hip hop circles for weeks now. Add to the stature of Jay Z the fact that he will be promoting his latest album the Blueprint 3 and the Jay Z tour should be one of the biggest of the year. The Blueprint 3 tour features dates at colleges across the country as well as several traditional venues in the US, UK and Canada. Some of the highlights of the Jay Z tour include a show at MSG, Seattle’s Key Arena, Montreal, Austin, the University of Illinois and more. You should get your Jay Z tickets soon because with hype like this they are going to be selling fast.

There have been 21 dates confirmed in addition to several previously-announced tours, including the Jay Z September 11 concert to benefit the 911 families. The Answer the Call benefit concert is happening at Madison Square Garden on September 11th. Other upcoming Jay Z shows include a concert in Manchester U.K. with Coldplay on September 12th. Jay Z will also be performing at the Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall on September 13th. Jay Z was a busy man before he announced the new tour dates, and he will be performing at the premiere show for Jay Leno on September 14th in Los Angeles. After that he has another three shows in the U.K. with Coldplay and another by himself.

The official 2009 Jay Z Blueprint 3 Tour starts at Penn State on October 9th. That’s a big school so you should think Jay Z tickets will be big there.

This could be big. Lil Wayne‘s earlier tour was one of the hottest hip hop has seen in a long time, and now he’s announced the new Americas’ Most Wanted Music Festival with some of the biggest names in hip hop. Not only is the Most Wanted Festival featuring Lil Wayne, but he is bring Young Jeezy, Soulja Boy and Drake along for what should be an ill ride. And right now this is the only place you can buy Drake tickets to see the Canadian live. Dudes are goin all over the country too, hittin’ up New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Los Angeles, they even have three Canada Most Wanted Festival dates. With these kinds of stars you gotta think the Most Wanted Festival is going to be one hell of a show. We all remember that Lil Wayne‘s I Am Music Tour was some of the hottest hip hop has seen in a while. Jamie Foxx, hot on the heels of his #1 record Intuition, has announced a massive tour going on this summer. Only a few of the earliest dates have been announced. Jamie Foxx’s Intuition Tour begins with two nights in Las Vegas’ the Joint on July 3 and 4. At first Foxx has announced just a handful of dates, however expect Intuition Tour features 50-plus dates. After Vegas, Foxx goes on to Tulsa, OK on July 9 at the BOK Center, Houston, TX on July 10, 2009 at The Reliant Arena, Austin, TX on July 11, at the Frank Erwin Center, Oklahoma City, OK on July 12 at Cox Arena, Memphis, TN on July 17 at the FedEx Forum, then the Intuition Tour goes to Nashville, TN on July 18 at the Sommet Center and then to Greensboro, NC July 19 at the Greensboro Coliseum. But while those are just the first dates announced, Jamie Foxx’s site says the Intuition Tour runs through October 2009.

The legendary Snoop Dogg recently announced the 2009 Blazed and Confused Tour and hip hop fans are going crazy trying to find Snoop Dogg Blazed and Confused tickets. We just have fun. If people ask us, ‘What’s your new hit single?’ we tell them ‘we don’t got one! We got a bunch of songs that we put on our record…and we like them.’” Slightly Stoopid is comprised of Miles Doughty – Guitar, Bass, Vocals, Kyle McDonald – Guitar, Bass, Vocals, Ryan Moran- Drums, Oguer Ocon -Congas, Percussion, Harp, Vocals, DE LA-Saxophone, and C-Money-Trumpet and Keyboards.

Stephen Marley is reggae legend Bob Marley’s oldest son whose first album “Mind Control,” released in 2007, won that year’s Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album.
